Amanda grew up in Franklin, Virginia where she acquired the passion and knowledge of architecture at an early age having grown up in her family’s construction business. She went on to further her design studies at Clemson University, locally and abroad in Barcelona, Spain, and received her Bachelor of Science in Design in 2001. She continued her education at North Carolina State University and received a Bachelor of Architecture in 2006.Amanda has experience in all aspects of design from urban planning, custom residential homes and historic preservation down to the smallest details of stone and tile, previously heading international buying and coordination of materials.She has deep-seeded roots in the community and sits on the Town of Bluffton Planning Commission as well as the President of the Historic Bluffton Foundation.
