When I started with TEKsystems, one of my biggest challenges was understanding how the back office worked. The functions they performed were integral to the success of my client interactions. I was introduced to Amanda, and pestered her relentlessly for information. She never wavered. In fact, she seemed to go out of her way to make sure the information she was giving me was correct and up to date. Through working with Amanda, I came to know she wanted Delivery to have this information, as it also made her world a better place too. We began to work together to find and create documents that we shared with the rest of the Delivery and Customer Service areas to evangelize best practices. Amanda often demonstrated she could innovate solutions on her own to make work easier. During one particularly busy period when we were onboarding a large group of consultants, Amanda built a tracking system to show where each consultant was in the onboarding/background check process, and published it several times/day, eliminating the need for my team to chase down people in her department for information. It sounds easy when I write it, but for Amanda to innovate on the fly while otherwise buried in work was absolutely amazing and had a profound impact at the time. Amanda was a true Customer Service partner, and made my experience at TEKsystems better. I will forever appreciate the wonderful attitude Amanda put on display daily, and the support she gave to me."
