Managed a small team responsible for the delivery of a custom bundled solution to dealers on behalf of a large OEM. Customer facing role. Defining and managing the implementation and billing processes that included coordination of 29 applications across eight business units.

Leading a team of senior program managers who are accountable for the successful delivery of high priority programs within E*Trade infrastructure. A trusted partner of senior IT leaders, working to pragmatically structure work to delivery as efficiently as possible. A member of team accountable for successfully maturing of delivery using Agile, both Kanban and Scrum, within the Infrastructure and Security Operations teams.

Responsible for overseeing the $350 - $400M international project portfolio across 14 brands and 8 commercial business areas and defining a strategy and supporting organizational structure to mature the delivery efficiency of the portfolio. Led the $25M program integration of a new luxury brand into the commercial platforms, systems and organizational functions.

Responsible for the overall effective delivery of the Executive Committee’s priority and achieved incremental improvement in overall adherence to delivery standards; from 16% to 80% of project passing over one year.

Led multiple global, high priority programs, facilitated workshops, mentored other PMs throughout the organization and led project triage and recovery efforts when projects were in trouble. Successfully led project triage for a $50M global product innovation program that later went on to delivery on time.

Among other projects, was the overall lead for a financial services product innovation program; $5M, 60k man hours, 50 working team members and over 250 participants for the life of the 18-month program. Up to that point, this program was considered the most well run large scale program the organization had experienced. Additionally, because of its breadth, this program was used to lead the implementation of an organizational transformation to move the development team from waterfall to an iterative development methodology called RUP. (Rational Unified Process)

The nature of the organization provided the opportunity to play multiple roles including project manager, business analyst, content management system (CMS) developer, quality assurance and trainer and engage in the telecom and manufacturing industries.
