    I had the privilege of being asked to open this brand new school, in a newly created village still under development, on behalf of Hampshire LA and the Diocese of Winchester. I was heavily involved in the initial build and subsequent extension programme and worked independently to recruit all staff and children, composed all policies and procedures, wrote the school budget, liaised with housing developers, the local community, ordered all resources, set up all contracts/SLA's and much more, to ensure that the school was fully ready to open its doors to the first pupils in September 2013, subsequently leading the school through the first successful OFSTED inspection in March 2015. An amazing, challenging and rewarding opportunity.Executive leadership work with other schools also undertaken during this period.
