Specific Responsibilities: The ISS is responsible for preparing for and participating in “diagnosis” type sales calls with TV account executives to determine an interactive marketing plan, building interactive marketing opportunities, and presenting and assisting to close interactive business from TV clients. To achieve this, the ISS will:• Accompany TV account executives on “4-legged” sales calls initiated by the TV team, within individual account lists.• Treat members of the TV sales team (inclusive of DOS and LSMs) as internal “clients”, by providing excellent customer service.o Cooperative and professional working relationshipso Highly available for meetingso Responsive in a timely matter to inquiries and support requestso Assist in managing individual budget goalso Provide excellent customer service to clients. o Readily available to meet with clientso Responsive in a timely matter to inquiries and support requestso Managing individual client interactive campaigns• Serve as an interactive marketing consultant – with relevant subject-matter expertise in interactive marketing solutions -- in conjunction with TV account executives for local advertisers.• Consistently achieve high activity levels in interactive new business development from current and future television clients.o Maintain weekly activity reports with each AE• Work precisely and cooperatively with internal and corporate interactive operations staff and ISD to ensure timely, accurate sales order entry, insertion order entry, campaign creative production, campaign monitoring and optimization, and billing reconciliation.• Participate in local and corporate communications on overall interactive strategy and sales tactics• When requested, assist in building and deploying sales-related services and/or collateral materials for the market.

Responsible for prospecting and generating new online business developments, as well as developing, growing, and servicing existing online accounts generated by the Online AE. Also responsible for determining online client needs and providing online creative ideas and solutions to fill those needs. Interactive/Online Account Executive is also responsible for meeting and exceeding budget expectations. Essential Functions• Prospect, target, and execute professional needs analysis sales calls, effectively communicating the value of online and online marketing opportunities• Work with Online Director and possibly sales team on dual sales efforts, targeting specific clients with specific marketing solutions• Make new business calls and customer service calls each week• Create annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans that are designed to meet and exceed station’s online sales goals• Keep focused on daily online sales activity while continuing to develop new and innovative online marketing opportunities• Project and report online sales revenue on a weekly basis
