I am a third-year student at the University of Texas at Austin pursuing a bachelor's degree in human dimensions of organizations (HDO). The HDO major uses psychology, sociology, and anthropology to understand people's behavior in the workplace to solve people-centered problems. The major has three focuses: research methods, creativity and innovation, and cultural competency.I am also pursuing a bachelor's degree in philosophy as well as a minor in Global Management. My focus in my global management research is on organizational sustainable development initiatives and their impact on immigration, employee well-being, and organizational development. I am passionate about spreading awareness of environmental protection and confident a balance can be found between large-scale businesses and sustainability.
