I managed and developed a team of over 40 employees while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction through training and coaching these employees. I investigated and resolved guest complaints, while building average guest counts. Through my training I was able to develop and initiate sales and guest growth plans while making sure that financial goals were met with the verification and management of P&L reports. From all of this I was able to identify cost saving measures to reduce labor and inventory spending.

I ensured all products met company qualifications while maintaining proper timing standards. I was able to identify complex issues that arose during production and documented and maintained both inspection and audit reports.
