I have been in Telecoms Provisioning for many years now. Started at Vodafone and worked on the 4G roll out. Went to Interoute and now at Neos Networks where I am a service delivery team leader. I am passionate about delivering great customer services and a believer in commitment based management. - We deliver over 300 circuits to customers monthly and I ensure these are delivered in a timely and efficient way, challenging suppliers if needed and keeping customers informed along the whole journey. I believe being honest and transparent with customers is the way forward, and also getting the best out of the team by recognising their strengths and watching them progress. All of the above could not be achieved without my team. As a team leader my role is to encourage them to be the best they can and achieve their full potential.
