We also seek to address the growing issue of social disconnection by bringing all sorts of people together and providing them with a sense of belonging. Think of us as a “whole of community” initiative.Our proposition is simple, get people up, moving and having fun in a group in a local park. Make them aware of their health issues, their lifestyle behaviours and get them to review how they eat. Live Life Get Active does this by providing FREE daily activity camps, which are non-threatening because they are for real people. FREE professionally tailored nutritional programs and FREE face-to-face personal fitness coaching to support a true path of positive change. They have proven to be highly effective.Live Life Get Active launched in the market in February 2014 after a year of development and testing. Most of 2014 was about refining our offering and streamlining our delivery and reporting capabilities. We can now launch a camp in a remote rural community with as much rigor as a camp in any capital city. In May 2020 we launch a parallel online offering extending our reach significantly including rural and remote communities.
