• Primary point of contact for all events at Strong Hospital, Helen Wood Hall, and Saunders Research Building. • Prioritizes and organizes an average of 25-30 separate events per week with varying sizes and number of support services needed. • Works with customers to determine event needs, budgets, and estimates for the events.• Ensures all the necessary support services are ordered and accurately provided for each event. • Serves as a liaison between the customer and the various companies and departments providing the services. • Works with internal financial structure to ensure events are appropriately charged.• Member of the finance team responsible for creating and troubleshooting the financial policies of the department. • Member of the operations team responsible for creating and troubleshooting the policies in place for the spaces and services provided to customers.
