Solutions to one problem must be solutions for all." -Ban Ki-moon, Former United Nations Secretary-General As a systems thinker, I gravitated toward climate change work because of the impact it has on every sector of our society. It's a complex challenge with an immediate need for an equitable solution. My first experience contributing to this cause was with the United Nations Environmental Management Group as a graduate student at Tufts University. Through hearing the stories of work being done all over the world, I began to realize my role was to spur necessary action at the local level. Today, I work with municipal governments to identify vulnerabilities, make community-oriented plans, and implement practical solutions.
