As a small business owner, you are expected to wear many hats and be proficient in several areas. I am currently in charge of all acounts payable and receivable, as well as quality control. I also participate in the training of the CSR's of our customers and flight attendants for our industry. Yearly, my company gives a training class for Flight Attendants through the NBAA at their conference. I truly enjoy being able to share my experience with others to help them be better prepared for their jobs! Since I rarely meet my customers face-to-face, the two conventions/conferences we attend yearly are the perfect opportunity to renew our relationships with our custmers, both the flight attendants and the schedulers (which I also enjoy!). ;-)My mother, Paula Kraft, is also an owner and operator of the business. My ulitmate goal is to build on what she started and through my life.
