Fit and create technical packages for all Marciano knit and sweater styles including: tops, dresses, jackets, skirts, pants and bodysuits.Time management, attention to detail, prioritizing and common sense are key in my role at Guess. Each season is a new challenge and I am constantly thriving to better my skills. My main goal is to achieve a perfect fit before releasing approvals to begin Production.I fit proto, first fit, pre-production and top of production samples on our live fit model. My design and buying team attend all proto and 1st fits. I work closely with my Production team to keep in line with cost and delivery.My technical packages include: -BOMs for all fabrics, labels, trims and packaging-Measurement charts listing original target specs, actual sample specs and the new requested specs to meet for the next sample-Fit, construction and trim comments-Photos with detailed and easy to understand sketches for overseas factories-Pattern and design corrections in Adobe Illustrator-Grading for all size specs
