• Set out snack and prep calendar and room for school day.• Provide Parent Teacher Conferences for the 3 year old class twice a year.• Create spreadsheets for tracking each child and their tuition.• Make School Directory and fill out immunization records for the students.• Come up with new projects for each school week.• Interact with kids from the 3, 4, and 5 year old classes and help with handwriting.• Do one on one handwriting work with the 4 and 5 year olds every week, using Handwriting without tears curriculum.• Sing songs and read books to the kids.• Do science, writing, and math projects with the 5 year old class.

• Produce weekly church bulletins and worship slides for 2 services • Answer phone with 3 incoming lines• Software Proficiency in Microsoft Office Software, Church Windows, and Media Shout• Update church membership database• Create and publish monthly online newsletter and calendar• Responsible for purchasing of office supplies and janitorial supplies• Responsible for Accounts Payable
