I assist our clients with any support they need with our software. I train new clients and new team members on all components of our software. I assist with onboarding of new clients and work with existing clients on how to best use our program.

-Research and write grants for the various education programs offered by the theatre-Won a Community Project Grant from the Florida Humanities Council for "The Hipp Six Podcast" which will share interviews of the founding members of the organization.

-Coordinate an office of three employees through several large projects and various productions by facilitating and implementing engagement initiatives-Revamped all office projects and communications to be completely virtual including creating video content, live and recorded-Serve as liaison for the School of Theatre and alumni through social media, events, and maintaining a contact database-Stewardship and acknowledgment of gifts to the School of Theatre

-Project manager for the Theatre for Young audiences production which includes the Plays on School Days program. -Coordinated receiving over 1700 students in the theatre over four performances-Facilitated a Share Night fundraiser that provided $1,855 to local schools-Designed and budgeted activities and for guests to enjoy in the lobby before the performancesAssembled all promotional materials, communications, reservations, and payment details for the Theatre for Young Audiences program-Composed and worked with a graphic designer to create all promotional and web materials for annual student showcase

-Donor stewardship for the School of Theatre Patrons Association-Point person for day to day contact for our donors, assisted with any ticketing or membership issues-Developed and executed all special communications, activities and events for donors through multimedia and social media-Created and implemented a renewal campaign that brought in 40 new donors and had a 89% renewal rate of existing donors-Kept our database, AudienceView, up to date with donor information-Scheduled and coordinated our scholarship participants to work donor events to build a stronger relationship between our donors and those they support-Represented the Patrons Association at various community events
