As a research assistant at MAPP Centre, I contributed to research on behaviour and value creation in the food sector for consumers, industry and society. My tasks included: Carrying out both qualitative and quantitative studies, writing reports for Danish Centre for Food and Agriculture, aiding in international projects on the topic of sustainable food consumption, teaching activities, creating website content, and being responsible for the centre's social media activities.MAPP is rooted in the marketing discipline and is part of the Department of Management at Aarhus BSS.
