I am an experienced Senior Practitioner with a strong background in Mental Health Support Teams (MHST) and a commitment to enhancing the well-being of children, young people, and families. Currently, I serve as a Clinical Supervisor and Case Manager within the MHST as part of Alliance Psychological Services Getting Help team, specializing in the I-Thrive model in partnership with TEWV NHS service’s.My role involves leading and supervising Children’s Wellbeing Practitioners and Education Mental Health Practitioners, guiding them in evidence-based interventions, and ensuring the core functions of the MHST are met. I work collaboratively with senior leads in educational institutions and various stakeholders to provide a needs-led approach to mental health and well-being.I excel in strategic planning, ensuring smooth workflow, and project management within the team, while utilizing effective interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, I take pride in my role as a Participation lead, continuously evaluating and improving our processes to align with best practices.In addition to my mental health expertise, I bring over 12 years of professional experience in financial and business management from my time at Santander.
