Working within the Asciano Customer Program my main focus was to drive the introduction and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics CRM throughout all Asciano divisions.My role included setting the strategy for the CRM Program, establishing business requirements, designing technical solutions, training users, championing the value of Customer throughout Asciano, delivering enhancements and optimising the use of CRM for maximum business value.Customer centricity was at the heart of what we did in the Customer Program which was a perfect fit for me as Customers have always been a core focus of mine.

Responsible for the introduction, customisation and continuous improvement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM including user training and business improvement via automation. Also charged with the co-ordination and preparation of budgets, forecasts and financial reports.

My work with Ansell involved leading the implementation of Salesforce.com across Asia Pacific, replacing a previously under-utilised CRM. This involved user training, CRM design and customisation as well as integration with Marketo, marketing automation software. Business process improvement was achieved by the consolidation and automation of a number of daily requirements.The other significant part of my role was to introduce a new service into the Asia Pacific region. This work entailed representing the region at international conferences, on international development teleconferences and within the region. The service was backed by proprietary software which was being altered and developed continuously; my role was to represent the region's management and users ensuring our requirements were included. Being Six Sigma-based, I undertook Six Sigma Green Belt training and completed my first Green Belt project on the topic of Leads Management.My role at Ansell was challenging and extremely rewarding. It gave me the opportunity to interact with colleagues from around the world and I learnt a substantial amount about project management, process improvement and working with a geographically diverse team.
