In my professional journey, I have consistently evaluated and scrutinized the aspects of my job that provide me the most gratification. This has empowered me to alter the direction of my career. At present, I am honing my proficiency in data analysis.During my tenure as a Senior Personal Banker at NatWest, I derived immense satisfaction from three key areas of the role. Primarily, I derived great pleasure from the analysis and interpretation of customer data and the presentation of short and long-term solutions for their financial requirements. Secondly, I relished the opportunity to coach and train junior staff members, enabling them to develop their functional skills. Lastly, I considered it a privilege to deliver exceptional customer service, which was the cornerstone of the role.During my time working in education, I have had the opportunity to teach English at a school in China and online. I find it fulfilling to present lessons to students of all ages, which helped me fine-tune my skills in using and presenting with PowerPoint. I also became proficient in using communication apps like Zoom and Tencent Meetings, which allowed me to develop my communication skills further. These interactions gave me an in-depth understanding of Chinese culture.While teaching English online, I also work as a virtual assistant for AKA Estate Agents. In this role, I collect and analyse data, and present solutions to improve the business. I am also responsible for the day-to-day admin of the company, along with developing and implementing marketing campaigns. From time to time, I am called upon to review properties and maximize their desirability, which in turn maximizes sales and rental opportunities. The concept of remote work has been a source of satisfaction for me, as it has enabled me to allocate additional time for pursuing my interests. Furthermore, it has allowed me to immerse myself in the culture of Egypt, where I presently reside.I enjoy remote work as it frees up more time for activities that I enjoy. In addition, it allows me to live in Egypt, where I have immersed myself in the Egyptian culture.
