With a PharmD degree from Mercer University and over 20 years of experience in community pharmacy, I am a qualified and dedicated pharmacist who provides high-quality and patient-centered care. At Easthill Pharmacy, I have been working for more than two years as a pharmacist, where I have developed expertise in medication therapy management (MTM) and immunization.I am passionate about improving health outcomes and promoting wellness through evidence-based and collaborative interventions. I have successfully performed MTM services for hundreds of patients, optimizing their medication regimens, reducing adverse effects, and enhancing adherence. I have also administered vaccines to more than a thousand patients, increasing immunization rates and preventing diseases. Additionally, I have provided patient counseling, drug information, and education on various topics, such as chronic conditions, lifestyle modifications, and preventive care. I am committed to continuous learning and professional development, and I value teamwork, communication, and ethics in my field.
