I worked in education for 14 years before changing career paths.I joined YAS as an administrator giving me 5 years of administration experience before moving on to my current role as a Support Services Coordinator. I am currently line managing a team of secretaries and administrators and looking after my clinicians admin requirements. I coordinate training for the department. I have good communication skills, can build great working relationships, have an open door policy when it comes to my team and other colleagues. I have developed the relationships within the team and the wider department since I took over, this raised morale within the team.I enjoy the challenges the role brings and supporting my team in anyway I can. I look after the site as a whole ensuring maintenance is reported and completed. I support my team with development and training opportunities, whilst also ensuring I look for my own CPD/development opportunities, recently completing project management and managing risks CPD on OU -Open Learn and a lv 3 business administration apprenticeship, gaining a distinction.
