In a world dominated by technology, I made the decision to pursue Computer Science studies after completing my secondary school education. Thanks to the unwavering support and encouragement from my family, I was fortunate enough to study abroad at one of Australia's top-ranking universities, Monash University in Melbourne.Upon graduating in 1998, like many young graduates, I returned to Malaysia and embarked on a career as an IT support specialist in a multinational corporation. This allowed me to apply my expertise in computer systems and software, ensuring efficient resolution of technical issues and providing user support.While my career in the MNC was progressing well, a crucial moment arose for my family business. It needed a successor to carry on the family legacy. Contemplating this pivotal decision, I eventually chose to step away from my job in 2008 and take over my father's business.Growing up, I had witnessed my father's entrepreneurial spirit firsthand. He had laid the foundation of the family business through hard work, dedication, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. As the transition to the leadership role approached, I understood the significance of building trust and respect among the longstanding employees, clients, and stakeholders.Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, a profound personal realization dawned on me—the value of holistic well-being and the transformative power of natural healing. In 2018, together with my sibling, I co-founded a brand called PAI Wellness. Our interest was piqued by the therapeutic benefits of aromatherapy, prompting us to delve into the world of essential oils, their properties, and their profound impact on physical, mental, and emotional health.As I continue to impact lives through personalized aromatherapy practices, my mission is to inspire others to embrace holistic approaches to well-being and explore the limitless possibilities at the intersection of technology and natural healing.
