Amanda is a designer and strategist who works at the intersection of people, process, and place. She helps purpose-driven organizations ask aspirational questions about the future of their work, then meet and even exceed those expectations using design thinking, data-driven simulation, and hands-on implementation. To date, Amanda has worked across the healthcare, higher education, construction, financial, and technology industries. As a frequent design instructor at MIT, she strives to empower clients by helping them develop stronger in-house problem solving skills as a natural outcome of every project—from using resources more creatively to building empathy-fueled customer and staff experiences. As a perpetual student at heart, her favorite part of her job is learning from users and stakeholders.
