With over 15 years of experience leading teams to excellence, I have a background spanning both the physical world supporting law enforcement and the military, and the virtual world in user data safety, regulatory compliance, and cross functional solutions combining scaled operations, policy/legal, and engineering. I believe in helping people and organizations to work smarter, not harder, and in teaching others to think deeply and understand the bigger picture by understanding the customer, understanding the context, and seeking constant improvement.I am passionate about creating a safe space for users, the exchange of ideas, and connection between people. As we and the younger generations increasingly interact in a virtual world, it is as important for us to create safety online as we do in the physical world- perhaps moreso as it is a more complex space.
