On the Talent Analytics team, I analyzed data from the employee lifecycle and generated insights to stakeholders, as well as created tools for them to access data, derive insights, and improve operations. On the HR Analytics team, I was heavily involved with Visier, a data visualization and aggregation tool. My team was responsible for the data pipelines, validation of the tool, and front end analysis and insights generation for stakeholders. I played a crucial role in the transition of our 10,000+ users from the legacy platform of Visier Workforce Analytics to Visier People. As part of this transition, I was tasked with recreating content in the new platform for our users, creating an Articulate Rise 360 training course, updating HR knowledge base articles, and offering Office Hour sessions weekly to our users.When an analytics need could not be fulfilled using Visier, I built Tableau dashboards or used R to analyze the data. For my Teaching Assistant role, I worked as a Psychological Statistics lab teaching assistant which involved teaching students how to run statistical analyses using SPSS. I also held three hours of office hours per week to answer any course related questions, walk through homework assignments, and prepare students for examinations.For my Research Assistant role, I worked in a lab directed by Stephanie Merritt, PhD, the program director for Industrial and Organizational Psychology at the time. I was involved with implicit bias research on the Race Implicit Association Test ( IAT) using publicly available data from Harvard University.
