I have two decades of experience in prehospital care in ambulance coverage from remote to metropolitan. I have spent the majority of this time in field training, critical care, and formal education spanning primary and continuing EMS education. I have multiple years of supervisory experience in both operations and education. I just completed a masters in human resource management and am actively seeking to pivot to a role in human resources. My education in human resource management, supervisory and education experience, and clinical insight can add a unique lens to the role of human resources, either as a business partner or in organizational development.
