Overall responsibility was to on-board up to 30 trainee's per session of new to bank employee's through a 6 week National training program for the Client Advisors through online training platform. Deliver through a e-classroom environment a virtual classroom training platform designed to assist employees through the training program, as well as, evaluate.

Involved in the process of opening a new Branch, attracting new clients, and other duties involved in opening a new business. My main daily duties were managing the branch's cash and operations as servicing branch and business clients.
