* In charge of the day-to-day routine of the office and dealing with every aspect of recruitment life cycle.* Create and develop relationships with new clients as well as internally with other departments and divisions.* Recruit for low and high volume projects.* Drive recruiting activities daily making sure all positions have qualified candidates who are interested.* Run a full desk as well as managing the Branch and have the same new business, account management & talent acquisition expectations as all the consultants and recruiters.* Ensure the Branch always has a pipeline of excellent talent covering multiple job titles.* Develop candidate pipelines through methods such as online postings (social media, career websites, etc), regional and local advertising, job fairs and referrals.* Branch focus is office & administration type positions.* Train, advise, coach & develop both new and existing colleagues.* Help create & drive new initiatives to increase and maintain business.* Manage Branch Financials

- Supported 5 branches, over 800 talent weekly- Processed and audited all external talent payroll- Audited billing and invoicing for over 200 clients on a weekly basis- Worked with internal and external clients to establish process and proceedures to ensure operations were always the most efficient - Trained clients and talent on time entry systems, and billing/invoicing systems

- Remotely evaluating talent and assessing client demands to make the match between the client’s staffing needs and the candidate’s skills and experience with speed and quality top of mind- Building and maintaining strategic partnerships with hiring managers, department managers, and VMS/ MSP partners on a regular basis to assess business needs, requirements, performance and overall satisfaction with Randstad’s service levels- Supporting client operations through top quality service and talent management- Sourcing candidates via varied resources to include internet (e.g. CareerBuilder, Monster, Indeed, Bullhorn), referrals, and networking - Evaluating candidates via phone interviews, online assessments, and professional references, coordinating interviews, assisting talent with resumes and coaching for successful interviews- Utilize VMS systems (e.g. Fieldglass, IQNavigator, Beeline, Econometrix, Peoplefluent) to effectively manage candidate submittals, interviews and offers
