At Unilever, which I was awarded by Google and the company as the best Global Digital Transformer, my focus was on delivering tactical excellence across all digital touchpoints with the consumer, developing and executing Digital Marketing & CX plans (CRM, SEO/SEM, influencers, websites, growth analytics, social media, e-commerce, etc).My passion? Leading people and transforming business goals into digital results that truly make an impact. As I started in traditional marketing (innovation, branding, P&L, market share analysis, etc.), I understand how to transform marketing organizations into digitally driven companies, always with a focus on performance and care.In addition, I’m a Leadership Coach certified by the Consciousness Business Center (CBC).
