My career began in 2009 when I obtained my first role with Back In Motion Health Group in Patterson Lakes. After transferring between a few different clinics and areas of the company (including their aged care and corporate health sectors), I embarked on the journey to start my own clinic.Remaining a part of the Back In Motion franchise, the doors of my own clinic, Back In Motion Mentone opened in 2013. Since then the clinic has grown each year, with the exception of a few slower years during COVID. In 2021 Back In Motion became part of the Healthia group, and I remained as the Principal Physiotherapist and Clinic Class Shareholder of Back In Motion Mentone.My clinical passion lies with runners who experience ongoing anterior knee pain with no specific diagnosis. After experiencing a knee injury myself and undergoing multiple treatments including injections and surgery, I found this area extremely challenging and interesting. I also have a strong passion for hand and wrist injuries, as well as treatment of the TMJ.I am constantly striving to run a successful clinic, but one that my team loves to work at. A large part of my focus is to develop strong, confident, and brilliant physiotherapists. In particular I enjoy working with graduates and providing them with a safe, supportive and fun environment for the first role of their career.
