Served as account lead and strategic business partner to carbon offsetting platform – Cool Effect (CE), and $13B global B2B industrial tech leader – TE Connectivity (TE). Managed multimillion dollar marketing, advertising and digital product design + development budgets, while being the key driver "quarterback" of cross-functional teams (creative, CRM, strategy, product, media, PR, data, production). Highlights: - Co-developed the strategy, development and launch of Cool Effect's business partnership program, including the development of a suite of digital products for companies to easily calculate their carbon footprint. Since launch of program, CE has secured partnerships with Twitter, Audi, American Airlines and 3M- Orchestrated TE’s redesign and repositioning. Results from rollout of new global platform earned TE a finalist in the 12th Annual Shorty Awards- Led innovation work in service of TE’s repositioning, which included the ideation, R&D, testing and execution of location-enabled tracking shoelace prototype utilizing clients’ technology

Played a senior role at this boutique full-service agency, which included being the main point of contact for all client partners, while overseeing agency operations. Worked on a variety of brand and product projects for The Cheesecake Factory Inc., RingCentral, SFFILM, AB-InBev (Latin America), Sutter Health, One Concern, Coca-Cola (Mexico). Highlights: - Learned firsthand what a "P&L" was – managed agency operating revenue of $1M+- Audited agency operations and implemented new tools and technology leading to 6-figure cost savings- Spearheaded digital practice helping secure net new work responsible for 15% of yearly revenue
