Formally Crown Vision Center (NuCrown, Inc.), I started as an intern accountant. After receiving my associates in accounting I then became a staff accountant and worked directly with the controller. I had multiple roles and worked with every aspect on the accounting department. Crown Vision Center was later acquired by AEG vision and my accounting position was moved to Texas. To remain with the company, I then took a billing position billing out and tracking commercial vision claims. I was still involved with the journal entry process from the RCM side and prepared them for accounting. After a short time I then began to do less billing and more AR again.. I have monitored all insurance money coming into the company for a few years now and have a team of 5 that I work directly with and advise. AEG currently has over 200 practices while buying more every month. I have watched and been apart of a single 25 practice business turn into a country wide fully efficient business from day one and have continued to grow with them. I was also apart of developing the entire AR process that is used today and was apart of the team who automated the payment posting process along the way.

In my many years with JPRD, I have learned and mastered multiple task. I started as a concession worker with the Donor Pool; collecting money, waiting on customers, food and drink preparation, and problem solving. From there, I moved to our main facility where I continued in customer service. I have worked my way into working in our main office solely. Later on my job duties included, but not limited to, opening and closing facility, answering multiple phone lines, handling and collecting money, writing receipts, data entry, special events, making reservations, problem solving, answering voicemails and emails, basic clerical duties, etc.

As a Salad Bark Clerk for Schnucks Markets, Inc. my main focus was customer service. Phone calls and party orders were also a large part of my job. I have experienced a great teamwork environment and at the same time, I am fully capable of working alone with little or no supervision. I have also worked my way up to being a sub-manager for multiple weeks out of the year.

During my senior year of high school, I was recommended by teachers and the principle to join the cooperative education program as there was a vacancy. I attended a early bird class then went to work as the library assistant for the high school and two local elementary schools 5 days a week and then spent the remainder of the days in class. I had learned the ins and outs of running a library including but not limited to; checking in and out books, covering books, selecting books for students, organizing, labeling and coding, delivery, late fee handling, and inventory.
