As of today, I have been with Universal Orlando Resort for 3 years as an attractions attendant trainer for Revenge of the Mummy and attractions attendant at Harry Potter and the Escape from Gringotts. At the start of 2024, I started my journey at Epic Universe Universal's new theme park coming in 2025. With this new experience, I hope to develop not just as a person but also as a Team Member allowing me the opportunities and skills to grow and succeed within the company. Working for Universal has allowed me to pursue a career in Hospitality that I didn't know I would enjoy. Interacting with guests and even team members daily opened my eyes to another world I didn't know I truly would flourish in. So I am currently seeking my Master's degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management at the University of Central Florida. With this degree, I hope to gain the knowledge and skills to succeed in the hospitality industry.
