I joined Ackermann & Tilajef’s Tacoma, Washington office as a Legal Assistant in 2017, and continued to work for Ackermann & Tilajef as a Litigation Paralegal until April 2019. I returned to Ackermann & Tilajef in February 2022, as the firm’s Senior Litigation Paralegal, and currently work for Ackermann & Tilajef as an Associate Attorney.I have been assigned with assisting the firm’s multi-plaintiff and individual employment discrimination actions, including sexual harassment and racial harassment cases. I also assist with the firm’s Washington and California class action cases involving claims for, among other violations, unpaid wages, rest periods, unreimbursed business expenses, and overtime.I completed a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Hispanic Studies and Chinese Studies from Pacific Lutheran University in 2016. While employed with Ackerman & Tilajef, I attended evening classes at Tacoma Community College to earn my Paralegal Certificate in 2018, and I attended Seattle University School of Law as a part-time evening student and earned my Juris Doctor in August 2023.
