I have just completed my Google Data Analytics certificate. I learned how to read and interpret data, as well as fine tune my grasp on statistics. My plan is to be able to effectively use R Studios and spreadsheets to perform advanced analysis. In a previous role as a Dispatch Administrator I collected data to help a company grow. I was one of the first employees hired and at the time the business was going in blind. After every delivery I would call every customer and ask about their experience. Using the data that I collected we helped grow the business and improve the customer’s experience. In my most recent role I was able to help create a spreadsheet that helped the company keep track of fuel levels and saved the dispatchers time to be able to complete other tasks.I am a fast learner and am able to pick up new systems very quickly. I am very charismatic and passionate about the work that I do. I tend to give my all to help others strive and work well with many different types of people and personality types.
