Management of the pre-employment process from offer accept to clearance for all hires across our service centers in the United States. I also created an in-depth training guide and trained the US Talent Acquisition Team on that process.

Supported HRBP with onboarding and termination procedures, database management, DOT random drug & alcohol testing, and exit interview scheduling.Collect and file new hire and existing employee paperwork. Assisted employees with benefits, tax documents, direct deposit, address changes, general support, and more. Processed employee transfers, hires, terminations, org changes, and pay changes in the HR system (Salesforce). Completed all I-9 employment eligibility verifications for new hires, and presented on company policies and benefits in new hire orientation.Prepared monthly headcount presentation for HRBP, using data from all of Bombardier's facilities internationally.
