    Reporting to the Director, Lodging Performance & Operations, I held responsibility for identifying and investigating opportunities to optimise results for Expedia’s Lodging line of business Globally, engaging internal stakeholders to drive business performance updates in partnership with Product, Engineering, Finance, Analytics and Supply teams. In addition to my core responsibilities, I was proud to have:• Investigated customer journey segmentation data analysis with a view to identifying missed booking form display misalignment to specific customer types. Utilising Adobe Analytics, identified specific credit card conversions, partnering with the Product team to resolve issues.• Compiled weekly reporting tools and presentation deck to inform internal stakeholders of production, performance issues and opportunities aligned to new team structure. Consolidated weekly meeting decisions, forming commentary in leadership reporting. • Recommended and adopted Wotif Mobile & App production change in customer messaging to include discount on mobile shopping page. The change enticed customers to book through the app.• Conducted root cause analysis to investigate an identified key data point metric issue, indicating a production decline. Resolution negated labour-heavy band-aid solutions, providing accurate data. • Compiled data insights for Wotif Brand Team aligning ‘out of home’ advertising campaigns to target key customer demands in each market improving campaigns’ successful return on investment outcomes. • Tracked and reported technical incident impacts on production, highlighting volume, urgency, revenue implications and repeat incident’s, allowing identification of improvement opportunities and reducing the impact of incidents on customer booking behaviours. • Supported strategy teams with data insights on App production, deep diving into customer issues following major migration of systems.
