Leads and coordinates Corporate LabWare Super Users, LabWare Admins, Help Desk and the Corporate SQL Developer in development of new user functionality and expanded or optimized existing user functionality.• Leads Labware LIMS enhancements and integration with CertlabLINK, customer data systems, CRM software and other tools/processes to improve user and customer efficiencies and productivity.• Collaborate with the QA department to perform SQC charting and ISO accreditation processes to facilitate validation activities; develop and/or execute test scripts as required.• Leads and oversees development of Standard Operating Procedures, User Guides, and other relevant documentation for the LIMS.• Ensures ongoing LIMS proficiency and provide/coordinate with Department management company-wide training in respect to any changes or upgrades.• Collaborates with Management and other IT staff on business requirements to ensure adequate infrastructure support to LIMS including all upgrades to hardware and software.• Participates in internal and external audit reviews of the system and system documentation.• Provides vendor management support by working with the LIMS vendor on future upgrades, modifications, and other business needs within the LIMS.• Recommends resources needed for proper upgrades or other maintenance functions of the LIMS.• Provides high-level project management for any LIMS projects using Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) best practices for change control and security of systems.• Leads development of Labware Visual workflows for improving data processing efficiencies.• Provides understanding of SQL server operation and database structures to enable extraction of data as needed.
