With three decades in psychological science and a pioneering role in Online Learning at the University of Colorado Boulder, my mission is to expand the bounds of education through online learning. My expertise in Social and Clinical Psychology and my deep interests in Happiness, Pandemic Psychology, Sustainability Psychology, and Psychedelic Science, coupled with my role in mentoring and building online offerings, reflects my commitment to innovation in online learning. At the heart of my work is the goal to create accessible, transformative learning experiences that align with the university's dedication to community growth and collective wellbeing of our student body. As the first to spearhead the novel Teaching Professor line within Continuing Education at CU, my focus has been on developing and delivering special topics that resonate with current societal movements. My role as a liaison has enabled me to empower fellow educators, fostering an environment where cutting-edge psychological principles are translated into engaging courses. This synergy of teaching and leadership at the University of Colorado Boulder has been instrumental in elevating the impact of online education in Psychology and Neuroscience in particular.
