My background has been in both B2B and B2C marketing, utilising both traditional and digital marketing strategies and methods. I also thrive on leading and being part of a team and developing a positive and successful environment.CAREER HIGHLIGHTS* Established and built a dedicated Marketing Department for Motospecs resulting in consistency in communication, ensured deadlines were met with release to market communications, and that communications were targeted. * Relaunched website onto new platform for Nad’s Laser Clinics (Sep 2010), used a combination of online content and SEO to remain in top 3 organic search ranking positions post launch for main keyword (#2 as at Jan 2012). Ranking was previously below the fold line.* Acquisition and retention e-marketing campaigns launched for Nad’s Laser Clinics maximising the value of existing customers. This was a low cost initiative that utilised the demographic and date triggers to market based on customer life cycle.* Managed the successful DYMO LabelWriter media campaign (TV & press) in 2003 and print (2004 & 2005) - included creative development, media schedule, web development, POS, sell in flyer, pre/post research, implementation and monitoring, post analysis. Results for 2003 – sales increase of 525% over prior year.
