I am working with the state of Indiana’s Office of Early Childhood and Out of School Learning (OECOSL), the Wellbeing Informed by Science and Evidence (WISE) team, and Purdue’s Center for Early Learning investigators to manage operations across two large-scale, interdisciplinary projects aimed at better understanding measures of quality in preK instruction, evaluating preK curriculum, and conducting an assessment of the current state of preK education in the state of Indiana.

I was the project manager for a math curriculum overlay called "Our Mathematical World". We worked with classroom teachers to design a multi-stage curriculum in which 3rd and 4th grade Black and Latine students design stories that center themselves as strong mathematical problem solvers.

I oversee and manage all education and outreach activities for Convocations for the preschool to grade 12, collegiate, and lifelong learner segments. I participate in the design, programming, and implementation of initiatives and programs to serve a diverse array of curricular needs, creating partnerships and collaborations to support learning objectives. I oversee our industry leading research agenda aimed at understanding the impact of performing arts attendance.

I managed a 1.5 million dollar NIH grant aimed at educating sorority women on the role the media plays in their health related decision making.
