I provide technical guidance in support of site selection, conceptual design and crediting, market analysis and initial proforma, draft prospectus, and project budgeting to meet investment goals. I currently work with our investment team to prioritize project planning based on IRR, restoration potential, and the development of innovative solutions to environmental liabilities; the most challenging sites require an approach that layers restoration revenue streams with industrial, commercial, and residential development. I am also developing a long-term strategy in support of our partners for new crediting structures or impact bonds, working with municipalities on case studies in two states.

The work that I am doing focuses on bringing efficiencies to all of our operations through simplified process and improved transparency and communication.
