I mapped out the sales leads funnel to include a call strategy, email campaigns to new and existing customers. I designed and implemented a full marketing plan as it was outsourced before. I worked on copywriting, rebrand and design (dog-friendly family business), video content, social content creation and email campaign templates and strategy. Redesigned the customer review tools and improved customer handovers to enhance customer experience, Reduced the annual advertising spend and built in-house Facebook advertising campaigns to directly target customers. Improved our after-sales email campaigns and annual service reminders via text. Establish monthly reporting and analytics of all tools, such as advertising channels, chat, email marketing, Facebook, Google Analytics about website, customer finance and customer reviews.
