During a career spanning 36 years to date, I have developed a very wide range of technical and problem solving skills. I have worked on over 200 projects in a variety of roles including Employers Agent, various Project Management Office roles, Capital Programme Management, Project Manager, Quantity Surveying, Site Agent, Contract Manager, Principal Designer, CDM Advisor, Site Safety Inspector, EHSEQ auditor, Commercial Manager and Building Stock Condition Surveyor and Programme Manager. This experience has been gained by working in my current role as Programme Quantity Surveyor and previous roles as Clientside (Client Representative) Project Manager. This was preceded by 12 years of employment as a Regional Associate at a national construction consultancy practice working in the public sector and private sectors. Prior to this I have been employed by international, national and regional contractors mainly in civil engineering, infrastructure and utilities sectors. My greatest strengths are communication, co-ordination and co-operation and problem solving to deliver projects to the satisfaction of my clients.
