I am a fully qualified Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor offering a safe, judgement free, supportive and empathic space for clients to explore their present and past experiences. As an Integrative Therapist, I draw on and incorporate various approaches to therapy in order to provide my clients with a more personalised counselling service that suits them, their current situation and their goals. I have a particular interest in working with survivors of childhood sexual abuse, physical abuse, domestic violence and sexual assault. In these instances I ensure a trauma informed, humanistic approach.Issues I work with include, but are not limited to; anxiety, depression, physical health conditions, bereavement, relationship breakdowns, work related stress, low self-esteem, sexual identity, dissociation, OCD and trauma responses (often referred to as PTSD). I also have experience working with specific learning difficulties, including Dyslexia, ADHD and Autism.
