Created an Access Database to track requests through company process and provide reporting tools for follow-up.

• Developed approximately six Access Databases for multiple departments.• Performed random drug and alcohol drug testing selection per DOT regulations for approximately 400 employees.• Processed driving record and criminal background checks for approximately 400 employees.• Maintained DOT Driver Qualification files, equipment inventory, maintenance and assignment of approximately 500 units.• Processed fuel tax, required permits, and titles and registrations to maintain compliance.• Maintained MSDS compliance books.• Compiled information for direct correspondence with insurance company to process auto insurance claims and trends.• Allocated payables per department for budgeting, tracked purchasing trends, verified and issued purchase orders, and resolved billing issues.• Ordered supplies (parts, office supplies, bulk fuel, etc.) and issued uniforms.
