Through this role I am responsible for seeking-out and organizing hands-on service opportunities for 150+ chapter members. I also ensure that each member fulfills their service commitments through regular communication.

As a hostess at both Rooster's Wood Fired Kitchen and The Jimmy, I provided excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. I greeted guests in a welcoming manner and presented a positive first impression for the establishment. I escorted customers to their tables, as well as managed the dining area seating assignments. I also answered any questions that guests had and fulfilled any spacial needs or requests. Additionally, I performed opening and closing duties and completed any side work necessary to ensure that the restaurant was running smoothly and efficiently.
