• Responsible for evaluating injured workers to determine the severity of the injury from ages 17-80• Immediately begin first aid at the onset of the call• Identify urgent situations to provide the most appropriate level of care• Create an initial claim record

• Provide trauma care to all ages of patients for injuries that required air evacuation to the appropriate level of care for the patient• Provide pre-hospital and intra-hospital advanced life support care from initial contact until patient care is relinquished to the accepting medical facility • Function as a medical flight member and attend pre-mission and post-mission meetings to ensure continued safety and patient care is following protocol

• Provide immediate care at a Level 1 Trauma ER for patients requiring emergency level care for all ages of patients• Follow medication administration and storage procedures and regulations• Provide educational, emotional, and psychological support to patients and family members
