Lead the Evaluation and Assessment Department within the Office of Culture, Community & Equity at the College of Engineering. In this role, I manage the development and implementation of a comprehensive program of assessment and all facets of the evaluation process for the purpose of supporting institutional improvements and institutional effectiveness. I lead the content, design, quality, processes and procedures for new and existing assessment products and services. I am also responsible for working with constituencies across Michigan Engineering to develop effective strategies for the assessment of key success indicators for the Culture pillar.

Lead multiple, cross-departmental program evaluation activities to drive national level public health strategy, pilot interventions and determine impact of outcome-focused initiatives.

-Oversight of internal evaluation planning and implementation activities that support the organization in using data to effectively demonstrate impact, drive decisions, and promote continuous improvement.-Coordinate external research and evaluation projects. -Supervise Evaluation team members.

-Leading agency-wide evaluation projects and initiatives. -Manage and/or coordinate special evaluation-related projects including the cross-departmental collaboration of program staff, Evaluation and Innovation, IT, HR, Quality, Finance, and Development to use Microsoft Power BI as a web-based platform for comprehensive dashboards.-Act as the lead staff in developing dashboards and collaborate with support services staff to develop and implement a sustainability plan.-Collaborate with Quality staff to develop evaluation plans and measurement of PQI projects-Responsible for all aspects of managing the data including preparing, ensuring accuracy and quality, analyzing, and compiling and maintaining historical data.

-Led program staff in developing and/or revising logic models annually. Related to the program logic models, lead program staff in developing meaningful program metrics and setting measurable goals.-Coordinated the process of obtaining monthly program metrics. Ensure their accuracy, analyze for trends, and prepare summaries for review by various audiences including the Board of Directors, Executive Leadership, and Program Leadership. -Collaborated with Director and Executive Leadership to refine content and process of program and organizational metrics. -Identified relevant standardized evaluation instruments and/or assist in developing evaluation instruments. -Facilitated the collection, analysis, and presentation of quantitative and qualitative data for both internal and external stakeholders.

-Developed various social and behavior change communication (SBCC) program materials highlighting current best practices in behavior change for HIV/AIDS. -Assisted with strengthening SBCC evidence base by conducting a first-line technical review of relevant literature and program reports that convey best practices within SBCC programming across the HIV/AIDS cascade (including core areas such as enhanced voluntary testing and counseling, and condom use). -Assisted with the development of a HIV/AIDS communication tool for private providers in Namibia. -Conducted a review of SBCC programming included in the current Country Operational Plans (COPs) for priority countries in Africa.

-Supported international telemedicine project by providing meticulous data management and data entry. -Managed large projects and resolved data discrepancies in a timely fashion with high levels of accuracy. -Maintained databases and graphics, supervise data collection, and design data collection tools and protocols. -Tracked progress of projects, ensuring projects meet deadlines and quality expectations.

-Assisted with the evaluation of a school based tobacco prevention program. -Conducted data analyses using STATA statistical software program. -Presented quantitative findings to program staff.
