Responsibilities include researching company growth and market potential, manage daily financial activities and strategies, create and maintain yearly budget, maintain business plan and IT strategies, and coordinate all necessary human resource requirements.

K-9's in Motion provides classes in Agility and Obedience dog training. We also offer memberships to the building so our customers can come and practice their skills and have access to a full array of agility equipment. We have recently put soccer turf in our main agility ring area (50' x 100').I have been teaching both agility and obedience classes since 2004. My main teaching focus is agility at all levels. I compete in multiple events and attend seminars each year not only for the fun in running my dogs (Blitz and Riot) but to continue to learn new skills and stay current with the challenges presented by the judges. This is translated to my students so they feel prepared when they attend events of their own.

Manage both software and hardware projects in all phases of lifecycle development. Responsibilities include managing project scope and budget, determining and finalizing requirements, facilitating all project meetings (stakeholder, kick-off, regular status meetings), promote team development, determine milestones and overall schedule of projects. Provide documentation for all stages of project, analyze and determine capacity issues, and complete project closure process. Supervise systems and product tests prior to implementation, coordination of implementations (hardware/software) and post-implementation or “ lessons learned” meetings to find ways to improve the process. Research, develop and propose recommendations to solve problems in the systems and business organizations. Developed project management documentation and procedures to be used during initiation, requirements, development, testing, implementation and closure phases of projects. This included working with many different departments within the organization to streamline the process.
